It was just Thursday that Paramount+ released the names of all ten Star Trek: Strange New Worlds episodes from the upcoming third season, returning July 17 — and now, they’ve dropped a set of stylized promotional posters, a new trailer, and a cargo bay of new photos from the new year of adventures!
On Saturday, the streamer debuted the official extended trailer for Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 3, with a myriad of teases for the upcoming episodes, including:
- Spock (Ethan Peck) and La’an (Christina Chong) dancing together;
- Uhura (Celia Rose Gooding) flirting with Ortegas’ (Melissa Navia) brother;
- Captain Pike (Anson Mount) sharing romantic time — and an away mission — with Captain Batel (Melanie Scrofano), apparently surviving her Gorn infection from Season 2;
- Vulcan-transformed Nurse Chapel (Jess Bush) doing some explosive science with Spock and M’Benga (Babs Olosunmokun);
- Scotty (Martin Quinn) and Pelia (Carol Kane) offering engineering advice; and
- James Kirk (Paul Wesley) in command of the Enterprise, with his home ship Farragut heavily damaged in space nearby.
A set of five artistic cast-pairing posters also beamed down, showcasing team-ups between different Enterprise crewmates and noting some of the upcoming tones from Season 3’s episodes.
Finally, the streamer made a great number of new photos from several episodes of the upcoming season. Here’s a mix of existing and new shots, offering views from the first eight entries in the ten -episode season:
