Six months after production began on Star Trek: Starfleet Academy, the cast and crew wrapped active production work on the first 10-episode season this week up in Toronto.
 
Starfleet Academy cast members shared the news on their personal social media accounts, showcasing Starfleet Academy jackets and banners outside the franchise-named Star Trek Stage at Pinewood Toronto Studios.
 

Said Zoe Steiner on her Instagram page:

“That’s a wrap on Starfleet Academy Season One! Beyond grateful to have had this HUGE experience alongside my Starfleet fam… it’s easily been one of the most challenging and fulfilling things I’ve ever done — on both a creative and personal level.

 

Big love to the entire crew and production team for their insane commitment and hard work, creative collaboration, and consistent support throughout the process.

 

6+ months & lots of 12 hour days on set, i’m feeling very blessed…and sleepy.”

Bella Shepard showed a few more celebratory photos on her Facebook page, including a photo with her fellow cadets and returning Star Trek: Discovery actor Tig Notaro.

Shepard’s photographs also give us a good look at what may be the 31st Century logo for the Starfleet Academy institution itself.

George Hawkins celebrated the show’s Season 1 wrap party:

We still don’t know exactly when we’ll get to see this first season of Starfleet Academy, as all of the modern Trek shows have extensive post-production timelines;  all estimates to date project that the series will debut on Paramount+ sometime in 2026. In the meantime, the show has already been renewed for a second season of production.
