CBS Home Entertainment announced back during STLV that the first season of Star Trek: Discovery will be coming to Blu-ray and DVD in November — but that was just for the United States and Canada. Today, we’ve finally got word on when the show will be headed to home media around the world — along with news about a special release.
Discovery Season One will be rolling out to the US and Canada on November 13, and will follow in various international territories in the weeks that follow from Paramount Home Media Distribution (as revealed by StarTrek.com):
U.K. – November 19
Scandinavia – November 19
Benelux – November 21
Brazil – November 21
Spain – November 21
Germany – November 22
Australia – November 28
Italy – December 4
France – December 4
In addition, CBS and Paramount Home Media Distribution have announced that the first season of Discovery will also get a special Blu-ray Steelbook release, with the US version set to be available from Best Buy and the UK release coming from Zavvi.
