Filming continues this Sunday in Dubai as STAR TREK BEYOND hits the ground at the Central Park Towers, and after yesterday’s collection of photo and video views of the production proved so popular, we definitely wanted to keep watching through the weekend!

First up is a rare view of director Justin Lin on set with a representative from 5150 Action, the stunt coordination team for the film. This may be Mike Gunther, the founder/owner of 5150 Action.

As first seen in one of the videos we posted yesterday, this crash site is now definitely identified as some sort of Starfleet facility, as indicated by a large Starfleet sign found at the entrance to the nearby building. The complimentary sign opposite the familiar Starfleet delta is as of yet still unreadable — but it seems to have both the familiar olive leaves of the United Federation of Planets logo and some sort of “target” graphic — maybe this is a Starfleet Security facility?
There have also been a host of additional shots of dozens of extras in costume around the plaza, including several non-human players as well.

It also looks like some visitors from the New Vulcan colony are on hand at this location, too:

Filming continues today, and we’ll keep our eyes peeled for more from Dubai!
